The Sublime & Beautiful vs. Reality

This blog is a record of one man's struggle to search for scientific, philosophical, and religious truth in the face of the limitations imposed on him by economics, psychology, and social conditioning; it is the philosophical outworking of everyday life in contrast to ideals and how it could have been.

-
The chief aim of all investigations of the external world should be to discover the rational order and harmony which has been imposed on it by God
and which He revealed to us in the language of mathematics.

Ephemera: Personal Update

Attenuated,

Cosmic signal - traveller

Lost not forgotten.

After having a personal abhorrence of the dangerous and fool-hardy course that my civilization had begun to take in the early twenty-first century Anno Domini... I just couldn't take it anymore.

It takes a strong psyche to deal with the punishing turns of life, much less to see no hope in this earthly life, what with the coming judgment and all.

I had to turn away...

I had to let it happen, I had to change
Couldn't stay all my life down at heel
Looking out of the window, staying out of the sun

Not really, but I think you could also almost call it an information allergy or data-psychosis.

So after my departure from the wave, I have just been coasting along deep in the black, trying to fix my spaceship...:)

So, I would just use my 57.4 minutes of personal time to either watch TV (Netflix-catching up on Farscape and various other shows) or work on back-ground material for my stories. And then of course once the academic year began...I call it the Over-commitment Season Disease or OSD (pronounced OZ). So we are in Oz right now.

But my procrastination must come to end because Reformation Day points out that it is time to use my hobby time to track with NANOWRIMO.

My apologies to my audience of 1.78 sentient beings for my absence.

Novo Visum; Neue Ansicht.
