I couldn't get enough of that article, The .pdf brochure has a nice top view of the power plant.
I wonder if these would be used like chaff to confuse enemy anti-satellite missiles.
If some economists are right ("The coming China wars:"by Peter Navarro) we are less than 10 years Armageddon. It would be nice to know that the 16 massive ICBM class missiles pointed at American cities could be intercepted by a blanket of low earth orbit watchdogs.
Imho it then is no mystery that we are unveiling this now. I think it is a great idea.
I await more news of the technical details.
